I am 22 weeks and just weighed myself. I was doing ok with my weight gain until I had to be on home rest. I'm already at 25 pounds and just now half way through. I'm a bit worried, I don't want labor to be more difficult than it has to be, or to put the baby or myself in any danger. Anyone have any suggestions?

hang in there! Eating small, healthy meals, cutting out the snacks, and drinking lots of water will help you feel better about yourself, and slow down excess weight gain. Hubby likes to point out that the gym will be there after the baby is safely on the ground. I feel for you, I am 22 weeks also, and was on bed rest for 3 weeks - back to work now, but I remember the boredom. This too shall pa__s, right?
