I was told at 11 weeks, that it was a 70% chance that i was having a girl. I went back at 19 weeks and the tech. didn't tell us at our request, she wrote it and sealed it up but she said she was sure. I opened it later and said boy. What do i think. First they say girl now they say boy. They say you can see the p__s as early as 10 weeks. SO how did they give me a 70% girl?? What do you think?

I had some bleeding at 13 weeks and went into the ER. Everything turned out ok but they did an ultrasound. The nurse said the earliest they can tell the s_x is 16 weeks. By then the baby's vital organs can be seen. I had my official ultrasound at 17 weeks and you can see his parts : ) I'm having a boy too. Hope this helps alittle. Congrats!!

Doctors make mistakes like this quite frequently really. I had an ultrasound with my first child at 20 weeks to determine the s_x. He said it was a girl. We went out, bought all girl clothes, ribbons and bows, had a baby shower for a girl, blah blah. Then at 32 weeks the doctor did a final ultrasound to make sure everything was o.k. he pointed out some b___s and said "See those? That is why you are having a boy." We were like "we weren't having a boy" lol. Imagine telling everyone that news :-)
