Hi all, My wife and I have been trying to get pregnant the last year, but we let our guard down the past quarter of the year. We just found out she's 4 weeks pregnant. HOWEVER in the past month did everything that's a NO -NO. Should we be concerned? The list is: Cold E-fx cold cure Cat litter every day Raw Japanese food and Mussels last week. Wine No vitamins ie folic acid Soft cheeses – Massage on the lower back Hot tubs in the first week of pregancy. Freaked out husband

I wouldn't worry. Many people do things the first few weeks they are pregnant. People who fet pregnant by accident and don't know do things they shouldn't all the time. Just start doing it now and all should be fine.

4 weeks pregnant means the embryo JUST inplanted I wouldn't worry. Just be safe from here on out. And congrats!

Nah I wouldnt worry, I hate to admit this but like a 2-3 days before i found out i was preggers I got hammered two nights in a row and many times before than (I was 7-8 weeks preggers when I got the + HPT) . My daughter is a happy and healthy 22 month old. Just cut out all the No-No's now and get her on vitamins right away and ask the drs what foods she should stay away from in pregnancy. Congrads!

i agree that it's probably fine. TONS of people do all sorts of things before they find out they're pregnant and they have perfectly fine babies. it'll be fine

Thank you!. I think I'm less freaked out now. I'll let my wife have it off easy. :P

Nice to see a concerned hubby on here for once! Don't worry I agree with all the other ladies on here. Not everything goes to plan and plenty babies are born in this world with no ill effects! Good luck!
