What To Eat To Ease The Vomiting

Please advise what food i should take to help prevent vomiting ?

I ate candied ginger to help with nausea. Sometimes water with lemon juice will help too. Your morning sickness will probably end after the first trimester.

Crackers, premium plus kind. They made me feel so much better. Or toast with a little b___ter. Try to keep crackers with you where ever you go. Hopefully this helps.

Everyone is different. couldn't stand ginger ale. I tried it. 7 up helps. Soda crackers. Some days they made me sick too though. I just went with my cravings. If the thought of something that didn't make my stomach turn, I'd eat it. Ha ha! The next day it would probably make me sick. I craved potato chips a lot. Salty stuff. Then I found out my prenatal pills were making me so sick. Once I stopped those, I felt a lot better. Little nausea but nothing like before. Now I take Flintstones vitamins. Better than nothing. I'm at 10 wks.

I started eating Ginger snaps and it helped alot. Also the Premium crackers and lots of water. I can't drink ginger ale just makes me even more thirsty.

I am still looking for a remedy that works for me. I tried ginger but it's out.
