my dd is 9 months and she can go thru most of her days with only 2 bottles and maybe take like just 15 ounces... I know she is eating a lot of other things and she was 23lbs tday at her appointment . She will have 4 ounces of juice + fruit at breakfast , soup or veggies + chiken at lunch a 7 ounce bottle before her nap cereal with fruit and yogurt or veggies again for dinner and then a bottle after bath ... I was just wondering if it is normal as when we are out and I dont have any thing but a bottle to give her she will ake maybe 3 or 4 ounces and then just refuse it . : ) Thanks

My ds is much the same - he's 9.5 months and I don't feel he drinks very much at all ! He has a couple of ounces with b/fast, lunch, and dinner..maybe some more at snack times and an8oz bottle at bedtime - he does then nurse some but who knows how much??? They do start to take over with more solids than liquids...how it should be I guess...As long as they are getting a good diet and are putting on the weight I wouldn't worry too much...Irene
