I am busy this evening making homemade fruit babyfood (my first ever attempt). My mom just dropped off Max and said he went nuts over jarred baby green beans. I have some frozen grean beans in the freezer. Can I use those for baby food? How should I cook them? Max is a little underweight; can a add a little fat ,ike olive oil, to his veggies?

I looked there but they only had directions for fresh green beans and didn't have anything about adding fat to it.

i have used frozen green beans - i add other veggies and oregano - steam them all together and then put it in the blender and then freeze it in ice trays - my dd loves it. green beans can get a little stringy though, but should be fine if you really blend them well.
