A Better Way To Treat Diaper Rash

a friend's grandma told me to mix corn starch with vasaline and use on baby's bottom for diaper rash. I tried it on Brittany and it really did work, it took away all her little red bumps. I keep the mix in a plastic container with a lid by her crib and use it now instead of the creams from the store. It would have to be better without all those chemicals.

you can also use just pure constarch minus the vaseline. vaseline stops the air from getting to the skin. cornstarch does a wonderful job all by itself.

Vasaline is a petrolium product. Try a non-petrolium jelly instead. The ones made with vegetable oils are way less toxic.

My husband has a friend from bolivia and he said that there they use plain corn startch--sure enough, it is the only thing that I use now!!!
