ok so dd got her 4 month shot on Teus... 1 in each leg.. yesterday i noticed that where one of the needles was given it was red and felt like a bump under it.. The other side you could just see the needle mark.. Today the redness is gone but the bump remains.. my question is for those whose los have had their needles.. did this happen to them before and if so how long before the bump went away

oh and btw she doesnt cry if i press on the bump so i know that its not causing her pain... and she has no fever

Everything sounds fine. My dd just got her 6 month shots and has the needle marks. It is common for redness/bumps etc. to develop. If it doesn't go away in a few days, I'd def. call the dr.

my son always gets hugh lumps under where the needle went they usually last about a month then go away

My dd always got the bumps after her shots....they always lasted at least a week...maybe a bit longer.

hey, my dd gets her first shots tomorrow... how long will she be fussy for? do they all get fussy... im gonna cry more than she will... how did all of you manage to get through that?!?! what should i be prepared for, and how can i best help her through that? any advice???

same thing happened to my ds it is normal and sometimes takes a couple of weeks for the bump to go away....
