When you use the babyfood in jars, do you have to discard any usused stuff? Once I open it, she'll only have a little so whatever is left, what do i do with it?

Put some of it in a bowl and feed her from that - if she wants more - add more to the bowl from the jar. Then you can put what is left of the jar in the fridge and save it for the next day. I only save for a day - no longer. I don't feed my son from the container and then save the same container. Does that make sense?

Mcatherine is right. If you feed them from the jar, then put the jar in the fridge, it breeds bacteria. After she's been eating solids for a little while, you'll figure out how much she'll take at a feeding and won't waste as much. Good Luck!

I heard that the saliva from the spoon to the jar also breaks down the food and again creates bacteria...So scoop out what you are going to use in a bowl then put the rest in the fridge. That also goes for formula.
