I love the polls that some of the ladies get going.....however, I am having a bit of a brain-dead day, and can't think of anything clever. Anyone want to start a new poll........?

I'll go for that ! Today i was in the car with my 4 year old and i had just fed and watered our huskey, well he out of the blue said " mommy, i love allie " ( our dog ) and i said " Thats nice of you to say that, i love her too ! " ....He then paused and said ..." Mommy...is that my baby sister ?", ROFL.....Last night my youngest DS woke up about 1am and he would go back to sleep, so we put him in bed with us, and he was caught up with this new thing he was doing by spitting his toung out and making noise, well he was so tired, he fell asleep doing it with his eyes closed !! too funny !!

lol.... today my oldest dd, Leah accidently broke this little toy guitar. She wanted me to fix it, and I told her I couldn't and that maybe Daddy could fix it when he gets home from work. She replies "Well, I guess I'll live." LOL. She says so much funny stuff, but most of it is too long to type

I have another.... We were at a mexican restaurant and Leah was trying to tear her cheese quesadilla in half. I asked her if she need ed help but she said no, she could do it. After accomplishing her task she goes "Look Mommy, I teared it!" I replied "Very good, but you say you tore it not teared it" She says "No I teared it" To which I responded "Well it's tore" then she relpiesin a funny sarcastic tone "Oh I'm just kidding, I tore it" It was much funnier to hear it than what I'm able to type!

Good one USMC, thanks for the idea!! My dd is too young to talk (9 months) but she has started to say " ei-ei-oh" because I sing "Old McDonald" a lot. It is SO cute. Pretty smart too, don't you think for 9 months?!

Those are cute! Well, we just had a little carnival at chuch last week and Leah got silly putty as a prize. She keeps calling it "funny potty". I guess my older son hadn't heard her talk about it until today because he came in and said, "Mommmm... Leah keeps pesting me. She wants a funny potty, but I told her we just have a regular potty." lol

I told this one to someone on here, but it is still my favorite story lately - although it made me feel SO old!!! My oldest and I were searching for one of the two handsets for the phone while it was ringing and we couldn't find either one of them. He looks up in frustration and says "Someone really needs to invent one of these things with a cord on it so it doesn't get lost...."

Oh my gosh I could write a book on my oldest Mitchell. The other day we were driving home from Pre-K (about an 18 minute drive) and he had asked about 500 questions during that time. Finally I said you know Mitchell I don't know the answer to that. Sometimes Mommies don't have all the answers. He said, without even thinking about it " well mommy you need to go back to school then"!!!!

It is pretty funny when your two and half year old who jsut learned to use the potty, comes up to you with a funny look on her face and says, "My underwear up my b___t chrack!" Or when your seven month old is crying and out of frustaion you ask her, "Marcy hunny what do you want?" and Mary (the 2 year old) says, "Marcy wants your b___by, mommy" so matter of factly like duh she is hungry. (If you couldnt tell I b___stfeed.) Well as frustrated as I was that I didn't really know what it was Marcy wanted, it made me laugh!

and I kinda did write a book. Everytime Mary does somthing that makes us laugh or at least something that we tell stories on, I write it down in a journal so to speak - it is typed so it is easy to read. I then print out all the pages and put hem in a binder. One day when the boy friends come around......ha!

Yesterday morning I was driving and some guy was on his cell phone, not paying attention at all to what he was doing, and he just switched lanes right in front of me, almost hitting the front of my van. So I said "watch out idiot". As we were about to approach the place we were going, my little 3 year old is in the back seat and says "We are almost there, when these idiots get out of our way." It was so cute and funny, but also so bad of me to say that in front of her (my little mimic).

Ok....I got another one!! My friend Kristi stopped by this morning with her friend Dan. Dan is rather short. When they knocked on the door, Leah ran to it and looked out the window. She goes "Look Mommy, Kristi's here and she has a midget with her!!!!!" LMAO!! She has been on this midget kick lately, and I have no idea where she got it from. I almost died from embarra__sment! btw.....we have nothing against those with disabilities, my sister has spina bifida.

ok, so I'll add another one. At Christmas time, my 5 year old, Tanner was learning the "12 days of Christmas" song. Well, as he was singing it to us, my 3 year old, Jilly was listening. When Tanner finished, Jilly decided to sing it again. and she would always end day 1 with "and a partridge in the pantry."

Renea, my ss is also a little copy cat. Monkey see, Monkey do, Monkey hear, Monkey say!

Sorry if I'm monopolizing this thread. I just remembered another one. When dd was about 2 1/2 years old, she walked in on dh after he got out of the shower. She got a rear view shot and promply informed dh that "his b___t was broken" lol. She wasn't aware that they all are!!
