my baby is basically 6 months old, and I am not br___tfeeding. the last couple of months every time like a week before my period, i get pimples here and there. I just want to add that even as a teenager I hardly ever had pimples... and now i wake up in the morning with here and there and it drives me crazy. am i the only one? does anyone know if it could be just hormones settling back down? by the way they are really not bad at all, but for someone who is not used to it... anyone know anything?

When I read the t_tle of your thread, I thought to myself, this chick is getting a lot more sleep than me! But now that I have read it, *blush* I can say that yes I do have worse PMS than I had as a teenager. From breakouts, to cravings, to moodiness. I thought the pill would help but it did not!

kara-lol. i'm wondering if they are supposed to go away at some point... i was actually on the pill for 2 months, and my skin was clear, but my skin was always clear, so i dont know if it has anything to do with eachother... grrr

actually moodiness is from the pill. i was moody all the time on it. i went off it for other reasons, but if you're moody its probably from the pill

My cycles after my dd was born were terrible. I would break out and literally gain 5-10 lbs. right before my period. Then the weight would be GONE within a day of it being over. It was horrible because I was also bf and didn't get a period until my dd was 10 months old. At which point we started trying again. So every month I would get a huge tummy and would think "I'm Pregnant!" But it was really just water weight. I think our hormones get so out of whack that it changes our cycles dramatically. I too have horrible moodiness from the pill.

so should it stop sometime within the next few months? sorry to ask again and again. just wondering if anyone has any experiance with this?

No idea. I eventually got pregnant, so I never found out. From what I've heard, there is no way to be sure. Some women I know went back to normal, and some seemed to have permanent changes.

my skin is the WORST it has ever been and i'm 7 1/2 months pp with my second child & b___stfeeding. my periods have been irregular, but i don't even think that has anything to do with the condition of my skin! i guess for whatever reason, my hormones are still (or decided they shall remain) all messed up this time around. and i'm sorry to say but i don't see an end in sight, so i will likely be visiting a dermatologist .
