If you don't know what it is look here: w w w dot toysrus dot com / product / index dot ? productId = 2719047 just take away the spaces and change "dot" to a ".' obviously or just type the name into Babies R' Us. I'm trying to find something to keep at my mother's house for when I spend the weekend there like I do every month. I don't know if I should get this or just a cheap playard, they have some for just about the same price. I'm trying to figure out which one will be more worth the money and will last the longest? My dd is 11 months old right now and I know she'll fit into this portable bed but I can't tell how big it is so I don't know how LONG she'll fit in it I just want to get my money's worth. Anyone have it? Is it pretty long?

IMO it doesn't look very long. I checked out some pics on Amazon.com with a small infant in it and there wasn't that much more room to spare. Also, if I had to put my ds (15 months) in there he would throw a fit. The top would seem confining for him and it doesn't give much room to roll around in and get comfy. If this is just for naps then it might not be a problem but I know it wouldn't work for overnight with my ds. I would probably just go for a portable playard/crib. We just have the one but its permanently at my parents house for overnights/naps. We don't use it anymore at our place...actually haven't since ds was probably about 10-11 months.

I actually found another one by the same company, it's the same thing just a "Toddler" size as opposed to a baby size. It says it can fit up to a 6 year old so I'm sure this other one will be more worth my money. It wouldn't be a problem with my daughter for overnight because I wouldn't put her in there until she was asleep anyway but even if she woke up she wouldn't freak out or anything. I think it's perfect because it folds up into a nice little carrying case and it'd just be so convenient for us to take different places.
