Hi Raena, From what i have red and heard the baby only gets what it needs out of the mother. Warm milk helpd for me when i was preg but i also think that at 6 months that is when the baby is turning around so that could also be why it is active. Good luck

How would you describe the baby being uneasy in your womb? Do you mean he is kicking and very active? (which is a good sign) One thing to keep in mind is that you have a little person in your belly that needs to stretch and kick and squirm around. There isn't any food you can consume that will make him calm down. Tylenol PM will help you sleep if he's keeping you up. It may also help him calm down, but you should only use it sparingly. As far as how much fluid he's taking in when you drink 8oz. the answer is zero. The baby is nourished through the placenta and umbilical cord, which is fueled by your blood stream. So it's not as if you can drink a gla__s of milk and think that the baby is going to get a portion of that. When you drink milk, your body will pull out the nutrients it needs to help the baby grow and develop, then it travel to the baby through your blood stream and the placenta/umbilical cord. If you ever feel like the baby is extremely active, more than the usual, call your doctor immediately. ;o)
