My baby alway's cries ALOT when I go to work. She cries for like 4 hours or more. My parents watch her with my 2 sisters but no matter what they do they can't get her to stop crying unless they take her for a car ride. She won't even take the bottle from them that much. What should I do about this problem??? Please help soon!!!

Its a long time, how old is your baby? I suggest a walk in the pram or a walk outside in the backyard to calm them down when you leave. Although they get upset do say goodbye and say you will be back type of thing... Some people think sneaking off is the way to go and it confuses them. Is this a daily thing? Just helps to understand a bit better........ Your baby likes rides and things that move .... Mine settles looking at trees outside ... Outdoors helps alot i think... Do you have something from home u can take with you? Teddy, a security item, maybe a blanket or material with your smell on it to make them feel secure? Thats an idea... I hope it gets better.........

I agree with the sneaking off thing. I would never do that with my children. They will start thinking everytime they are distracted with something mum is going to go away.

Sorry, that was meant to say I disagree with the sneaking off thing.

My baby is 4 months old. This is a daily thing it happens everynight when I go to work & my parent's can't clam her down doing anything except for taking her for a ride. I wouldn't want to sneak off.
