I have just noticed and not many babies have teeth on this forum at the age of 6 months. My daughter has 5 teeth at 6 months? Is this odd ?

I have heard of some babies getting them even earlier...so I am sure it is normal. My 7-month dd's bottom teeth are just beginning to cut.

My ds is 15 weeks and has 2 teeth that are almost completely through the skin on the bottom...man, they grow up fast, huh?

My guy had 2 teeth through and 2 on the wasy at 6 months. And he was 2 weeks early. Some are even born with a tooth from time-to-time!

My daughter got her 1st teeth at 2 months and there was two at the bottom. Now my daughter is 8 months with 7 teeth ,she has 4 on the top and 3 at the bottom so no that is not odd at all. Each baby is diffrent and will develope when they are ready.

My son got his two bottom teeth at 3 months and his top 2 at 6 months. We were expecting early teeth, because all of my husbands family started getting teeth between 3-4 months old.

My older girl got her first teeth at two months. By six months she had 8 teeth. My younger girl is seven months and has two teeth, with another one almost through.

My son got his first two teeth when he was four and a half months. That whole teething early thing kinda sucked! The only downside to getting teeth in early is that you have to be more careful about cavity prevention, other than that it is different for every kid!
