Back At Work

I'm back at work now (its my second day here) and I miss my dd soo much!! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I thought I would be crying a river for hours and hours). She's with my grandma so it was pretty easy to drop her off, but I still miss her to pieces. Gosh, I hope these gets easier. I so wish all us mommies could be SAHM. I've been with her every waking minute for 14 weeks and its so weird not to know what her every move was all day long, you know?

kel - I am sorry you are missing your little one so much - at least you dont have to leave her in daycare though. Try to think of how lucky your dd is that she gets to stay with her grandma rather then strangers. Do you have to work full time or can you cut back and work part time?

Kel I totally understand!!! It has been 3 month of back at work for me now but not so long I don't remember how hard that first week was and sometimes how hard it is even now!!! I actually did cry rivers cause I missed my ds so much....I too am lucky cause family watches my lo as well but it really does not help the missing factor...you just feel better to know if you cannot give the care cause of work at least you know your family will do their very best!!! It does get some better after the first week but you still miss them.....I am so sad that I might miss his first time crawling or something else that is monumental because I was at work but there is really no choice.....just know you are not alone...I understand
