One hour and once. :(

Made up bottles of formula should always be kept in the fridge for a maximium of 24 hours. If your bub doesn't drink all of the bottle throw it out, never re-heat a bottle. I make up my dd bottles for the day, put them in the fridge, heat one up when she's hungry, and she never drinks the whole lot, so I throw out the rest and always get a new bottle for the next feed. If I have to go out and need to take a bottle with me, I put it in a thermal bottle carrier to keep it cold as possible, then I either use a bottle warmer that plugs into the cigarette lighter of my car, or use a microwave (if there is one available), but I just make sure the bottle is shaken up very well because microwaves can create hot spots in the formula!
