Well i am not technically a SAHM...but i do stay at home with them from 7am, untill 2:30 when i go to work : ) lets started about 7am for me when my 4 year old was screaming for me to " get out of bed " and my 8 month old was pulling my hair and saying " mamamamamama"...i got up went to start breakfast, played a little " sword fighting " with my 4 year old, fed my 8 month old and he got it everywhere i think but his mouth ! Then it was off to the tub for my youngest . After that we all went to the living room for AM cartoons, and more play. My oldest and i played cars and crashed them into each other, and my youngest is doing thr " army crawl" and crawled halfway into the fireplace before i realized it ! lol....soon after many diaper changes and piggy back rides, it was time for my lo to take a nap ( yeah and it was for only 45 min ! ) ...Then talked on the phone to find out my best friend was preggo !! yay ! After that , it was bath time for my 4 year old, and then we cleaned his "tornado hit" of a bedroom.....Then we ended the afternoon painting the rest of our valentines for his friends......and we still have about 5 left to go. He has a birthday party to go to this evening, and my DH is taking him ! Some days i actaully enjoy coming to work : )

HI there, I'm 26 been married 4 years and dd is 4 1/2 months we live in Texas. Dd talks A LOT (babbles and coos of course) she also can sit up una__sisted for about 60 seconds. She is not crawling yet though, she giggles when we tickle her or whenever our pomeranian walks into the room, she finds him hilarious. She also grunts when she is displeased lol. She loves her jumperoo, bumbo, and swing.

good idea since this site is pretty much the only adult interaction i get... lol. I'm a SAHM.. my dh works from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri.. so we mostly get to see him the most on weekends. We've been married for 2 years, but we got together 6 years ago. We have a 13 month old little boy named Connor and another little boy on the way (I'm 29w4d) we're naming him Isaac. We live in San Jose, CA but ALL of our family lives in San Diego,CA where we moved from about 9 months ago. Anyway, I guess that's enough for now.. Connor wants to play =)

Hi, I'm 33 and my fiance and I are getting married in 4 months. We've been together for ten years, but never got married. He asked me to marry him when I told him I was pregnant. We have a daughter who will be a year old this Saturday. We live in northern California. My husband travels for business a lot, so I definitely welcome any adult conversation I can get!

Hi, I'm 27 and I live in IL. I've been married for 2.5 years. I have a 2 yr.old dd and a 4 mth old ds. My dd goes to daycare p/t for social interaction and for my sanity. My hubby works about 55 hours a week. Today, I've battled strong willed toddler and sick baby. However, both have been really good today.

Topaz- where in Nor Cal do you live?

My day started w/ me pointlessly getting up at 6 am. That's my usual getting up time, but there was a 2 hour school delay today. The older two got up and I got their breakfast, let them watch TV and I went back to bed until 7:30 woohoo! I never get to sleep in, so this was great!!!! The rest of the day was my norm... kids playing and fighting and finally napping. Ha! Anyway, I'm Tammy. I'm 32. I've been married for 8 years. My kids are Nathan 6 1/2, Leah 3 and Justin 19 months.

Hey guys! I'm in Tennessee too! I am 26. I have two beautiful kids. My dd is 7 and my ds just turned 1. I work only on the weekends so that I can stay home all week with my babes. My hubby and I have been married for 8 years on the 27th and he is on his way home from work now (he works 10 hour days)

Hi Monica. I am 25 and have a 15 mo son and i'm due in April w/ a girl! I basically see myself as the old-fashioned housewife of the 50's lol. I do all the housework, cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc. and my hubby works full time and is a student for his master's degree. I think I have a hard job, but I'm lucky too...I do live close to family and friends and everything so I'm not isolated but I feel like I am wearing an apron and bandana a lot....This is a good idea for a topic!

sahmof3---7:30 is sleeping in?! Omg I am in for it aren't I. I guess when they atart school I will be up early just like you every son sleeps til 8:30 am right now and goes to bed at 8:30 pm...I suppose I better enjoy it. I'm glad you got an extra 1 1/2 hrs of sleep today! I bet you are busy:)

Wow Ash2 I just read through these after I posted and I can not believe you do all of that before work every day!!! Good job I am way impressed. You must drink so much coffee....I know I would need to...I hope I have as much energy for my two kids as you do, and mind you I don't have a job outside the home to worry about like you do! Your kids are luck to have such a good mom!

Hi :o) I'm 20, been married for a year and a half and I'm a sahm to my 6.5 month old dd, Abby. I love being home with my baby girl all the time and never having to entrust her to anyone else's care but today when I tried to the pacifier in my husbands mouth (twice!) I realized that I'm not spending enough time with other adults, lol.

Victoria_1985 - February 7
