Does anyone know if erbs palsey can be treated? When I had my little boy during the labor his shoulder got stuck under my pelvic bone and he has no control over his arm and can not lift it. I even told the doctors about my last delivery with my first child she almost died and they failed to listen and my little boy just about died but I am hoping someone has some answers on this.

I would definately call a lawyer. I worked at a medical malpractice lawfirm several years back, and we had several cases of shoulder dystocia. So I would definately look into at least consulting with a lawyer. Here's a website about birth injuries that may have info for you: http://www.birthinjury.org/
