Flailing Arms While Bf

I was just wondering if anyone else has the same experience when they are br___tfeeding. Alot of time, especially when my dd (who is almost 4 months) is very awake and eating, she tends to flail her arms like crazy, and kick her legs. Meanwhile she is totally sucking away. She is much calmer in the evening when it is time for bed. Anyone else with an "active" feeder? Is it that she still has those involuntary arm movements? It doesn't seem to be the case with the kicking legs though... hmmmm

Yes, my dd does that and she is b___stfed. I think she just gets excited because she's eating . It does make it longer for her to eat though and afterwards she tends to spit up. I think she's just enjoying it. My dd is 3 months.

Oh, yes! My almost 8 monnth old son does this, and has for a while. He is also terribly interested in any sound that is in the vicinity or any object that appears in his line of sight. :)

My baby is 3 months and she does this as well. She's a lot more alert and curious about her surroundings... she'll try to look around while eating and flail her arms and kick her legs.
