I mixed a bottle for my baby and she fell asleep before I could even give it to her. How long can you leave mixed powdered formula out at room temperature?

According to this little phamplet I received from Enfamil.... 2 hours at room temperature, however, if it's been heated, discard after 1 hour. If I were you jb, i'd just put it in the refrigerator until she wakes up, and reheat it in the microwave or under warm running water. :o)

I agree with tiffani, just stick it in the fridge until she wakes up, then warm it up in the microwave. That's what I do. Works fine.

I would say no more then an hour. I kinda look at it like regular milk. I would not want to drink it after it sat out that long. I always put any remaining in the fridge and reheat it/

my son usually eats an 8 oz bottle over a 3 or 4 hour spand... i usually just heat it back up, but he'll take it at room temp too. i say stick it in the fridge if need be, but i wouldn't throw it out. formula is like gold in our house...
