How much sleep is your LO getting between nightime and naps? There seems to be a definite trend towards less sleep in Max's schedule. I'm hoping its just a phase - I can't get anything done. He's fairly pleasant so I haven't been trying to force another nap back into his schedule. Max sleeps about 10-11 hours combined total now (9 hours at night, then 1 or 2 one hour naps). He had been sleeping 14-15 hours (12 hours at night, then 2 naps 1-1.5 hours hours each). Seems like a big drop to me. What about your LO?

My girls are 6 months and are sleeping about 12 at night and about 1.5 to 2 during the day. It is broken up into 3 naps and I can't get anything done either.

My dd's sleep schedule has been pretty consistant now for several months. She will be 10 months in 2 days. She sleeps about 11.5-12 hrs at night, then has 2 naps of about 1-1.5 hrs each.

Ava is 6 months and sleeps 11 to 12 hours at night and about 2 to 3 hours in nap form during the day =) She did sleep a bit less right when she turned 6 mos though. she just recently went back to sleeping more.

My DD sleeps 11-12 hours at night, and 2 x 1.5hr naps during the day. Sometimes she will skip her morning nap, and then usually goes down earlier for her afternoon nap, and sleeps for 2.5 hrs or so. We definately very recently went through a phase where napping was out... thankfully the naps have returned!

I have heard that babies who are teething tend to sleep less.

Kara H. - my dd sleeps about like you are describing - she is 5.5 mo old, however, she has NEVER slept much...well, except in the very very beginning (first 2-4wks).

Diesel is sleeping about 10 hours total now. i think he'd sleep longer if i didn't wake him in the morning to go to my mom's. He'll be 7 months on the first. He used to sleep A LOT more... but he is teething, so I think that may have something to do with his sleep patterns changing.

Well the fact that some of your babies have started sleeping more again, gives me hope that I may someday soon get to take a long interrupted shower or even mop my kitchen floor. Right now I am taking a shower and washing my hair at two different times since I cannot get a straight 45 shot to shower, wash and b__wdry my hair. He's been having teething symptoms FORVER. I wish those darn teeth would get it over with already!!
