I Can T Tell When DD Is Full

My dd is 9 months old. I am really questioning whether or not she is getting enough to eat! Here's an example of what I mean ~~ At lunch, I will feed her 2-2.5 oz of meat mixed with 2-2.5 oz of veggie. I will also give her another 2-2.5 oz of another type of veggie. She will eat all of that, and appear satisfied and content. That's when I would usually clean her up, and we'd be happily on our way.....HOWEVER, the past few days I have been giving her some diced fruit and / or bits of toast or Cheerios afterwards....and she will eat quite a large quant_ty, considering this is on top of her lunch! So, I am a bit confused, I guess. She seems to be content after her main meal, but will continue to eat if I keep offering it to her. Does this mean she is not getting enough main course.....or does it just mean that she is eating even though she is full (like me at Chinese buffet LOL) Any ideas, thoughts?

I would gain to say she maybe going though a growth spurt, when a child has had enough they will push the spoon away turn their head, make noises to say they are done. If she is still eating might as well feed the little face.
