Is It Possible To Get Foremilk And No Hindmilk While Pumping

Lately when I pump at work, I notice that my milk is greenish and watgery looking. Sometimes I have a problem getting it to come (probably because I'm so busy it's hard to relax). But when It does come out, it's usually thin. It used to be more creamy looking. Is it possible to pump like 2-3 oz and have it be all foremilk and not get any hindmilk? If so, what can I do to fix this?

If you check the milk later (after it's been refrigerated), do you notice that some of it is creamy? Also, have you changed/increase your vitamin intake or your diet? I notice my milk is definitely greenish the day after I take my new prentatal vitamin that has some extra greens in it. Also, are you pumping long enough? (until the milk flow slows way down?) If it's taking a long time, have you tried increasing your pump speed? And are you drinking enough water? If you haven't already, you might check the Kellymom website to see if there's helpful info about your question there.
