Hi all, This is my second week back at work. Baby will be 14 weeks on Wednesday. I called the sitter awhile ago and she said DD has been fussier than usual. She also woke up a bunch of times last night and the night before. I know there's a lot of developmental stuff that goes on between three and four months, but I'm wondering if any of you have any thoughts or experience you might share. She is eating well. Still napping sporadically throughout the day, and has been ready for bed EARLY the last week or so, like 7-7:30. I hope this stage is normal, but I don't know if I'm reacting correctly. Like should I feed her every time she wakes up in the night (every three-four hours). I'm tired!!!

My daughter is doing the same and she is 15 weeks today. She isn't eating well, though. She usually takes 28- 30 ounces a day, and for the last 3-4 days we are lucky to choke 20 down her. She just doens't seem to be hungry... I don't know what is going on, either. She is waking more than usual- she used to sleep all night, but now wakes every 3- 4 hrs. Not always to eat, but I wonder if she is starting to teeth?? Maybe it is a growth spurt. I called my ped and she said to feed her when she is hungry and that she will let us know when that is. I just worry... first time mom syndrome I guess!

Hi Sam, my dd is 4 months and I went back to work after 3 months. My dd has fussy days and I am sure your dd does too. at least 1 to 2 days a week she gets fussy for no reason. Since your dd is still young, she isn't going through separation anxiety and since she is eating normally and ready for bed around the same time you can rule out her being sick . Are u b___stfeeding? if not what formula is she on? I could help you answer your question better if I knew what she is eating.

I don't really know how many ounces my baby has per day, so it's quite possible she's not eating as much either. The babysitter said she's tried to give her a couple bottles today, thinking she was hungry, and she just takes a couple ounces at a time. My babysitter also asked me if she was starting to teethe, but I haven't seen any other signs. But yep, same thing. Every three to four hours she's up at night. And she is fussier than normal. I hope it's a growth spurt that will end soon!!! Anyone else notice any of these type of symptoms between three and four months?

Nic nac. I'm b___stfeeding, which is why I don't know exactly how many ounces she consumes a day.
