Which part of Saint John do you live in? We go down there all the time for shopping. You guys have a lot of stores we don't have. I'm a sc___pbooking freak so I'm forever going to Michaels to pick up supplies. We're supposed to be getting one too in the spring.

Oh wow... I had no idea that u guys didnt have a michaels. Thats a sc___pbooking heaven. I live on the opposite end of town though.. West..over by the toll bridge. I have a friend that goes to uni. in fredericton. I believe she goes to STU. ~Kristin~

Yeah, that's how I ended up in Freddy Beach...went to UNB and never left town. Moved here from the Acadian Peninsula and been here since 1994. Have you always lived in Saint John? Fredericton is pretty much made up of people from everywhere...it's really rare to meet an actual townie!

Bradylove, I live between Hartland and Woodstock in the country. That is so cool to see you and BriannasMummy are relatively close to where we live.

BriannasMummy, Saint John is like a 3 hour drive from Hartland.

bradylove: Ive heard from several people that STU is basically a duplicate of st stephen (my home town) just because of all the st stephen kids that go to school there after hs.. do u know where that is? My brother also went to university there.. he graduated from UNB law last year. I think Saint John is kind of like Fredericton because its a city made up of people from here there and everywhere. N e way.. im gonna jet.. ttfn! ~Kristin~

Yeah, I think that happens a lot, that students from one high school all seem to end up at the same Uni. Université de Moncton was like that. I was one of the few that separated from the pack and chose an English Uni. I had a friend in University who was from St. George and, Mandee, I also had a friend form Bath, that's up your way isn't it? I really like St. Stephen. We were there last summer! We decided to spend Canada day in St. Andrews at the Algonquin (it was awesome!) and the next day before we left we went to St. Stephen and then crossed the border into Calais. The best vacations are those when you discover beautiful places right in your own backyard! Do you guys ever come to Fredericton? It's beautiful in the summer.

I live in NB too a bit more north though i live in a small town near Edmundston, i'm about 3 hours from Fredericton :p

mandee25 - February 2

Bradylove, Bath is very close to where I live. It's only a 30 minute drive. Yeah we used to go to Fredericton a lot but now that Woodstock has a Walmart we go a lot less. Yeah newhoneybuns, I remember you saying that you live in NB too a while ago.

BriannasMummy - February 2

I had no idea Newhoneybuns was from New Brunswick.. SMALL WORLD. bradylove: I hardly ever go to Fredericton.. I go once in a while to see my friend that goes to UNI there. She tells me that Fredericton is a lot more "clean" then Saint John hehehe. We have that stupid refinery that makes things look a little dingy. Dont you love St. Andrews??? Its such a pretty place in the summer, my dad used to have boating toars from the wharf and I got to spend a couple entire summers there! My parents house in St. Stephen is seconds away from the border to Calais. Thats where I spent all of my time when I was in HS. Did you guys get that horrible storm last night??? It was really bad here.. the weird thing was.. it was HORRIBLY snowing and then all of a sudden we had thunder and lightning, the weirdest thing ever! Im gonna jet.. ttys! ~Kristin~

mandee25 - February 2

We had a little snow last night BriannasMummy and I had no idea it was thunder and lightening out. So weird! I love St.Andrews as well. My parents and I used to visit in the summer. It's gorgeus!
