Most Embarrassing Things Your Kids Have Done

Just thought we could all share stories about how badly kids can embarrass their parents in public sometimes! lol! Tasia is only 10 weeks so I don't have any stories with her yet...but for the sake of sharing a few laughs I do remember a few things my little brother used to do!! When Travis was about 5 he used to go up to people and asked them how much they weighed in pounds, and in response he would tell them how much that is in kilograms, and how much they would weigh if they were on jupiter....and he would ask them how old they were and when their bday was, and then he would tell them how many days they have been alive and what day of the week their next bday would be on....Sure, it's great that he is smart...but mom used to get so redcheeked when she would take him out places and he would yell to strangers "HEY! HOW OLD ARE YOU? HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH??" lol! Also, when he was about 4 he went through this stage where he pretended he was a dog...Harmless you might think...but it got to the point where when my dog would start barking at the mailman, Trav would be on all fours barking with her....Poor mom said her worst fear was that he might bite the mailman in the a$$ someday...I'm telling you, nothing could get this kid to stop acting like he was dog...So finally mom went with it and used to say to him "Go lay down!!" and he would go lay with the dog in her bed LOL.

Hee hee, what a cute kid! My 6 mos. old. has yet to embarra__s me in public... but my 4 year old lives for it! She's always asking me (very loudly) .. "is that a man or a woman?".. OR.... remember my story about her first midget encounter?!! How about when she tells people in the aisles of stores, "get out of my way!!!!".... "hey, why don't you move?" or points out how ugly a person is! I could go on for days! I love her honesty though!

Kristina: LOL! The story about your brother barking at the mailman is too funny. Ellie is only 4 months so she hasen't done anything yet. Although one time in the waiting room at the doctor's clinic it was completely silent and she just rips a__s and everyone looks at me. I guess I better get use to that!

Chelsey I have to inquire about the midget story I must of missed it. :)

haha yes I do remember the midget!! That actually reminds me of something I did when I was little...I saw this man in the grocery store who was obviously a smoker because he had one of those holes in his neck....and I said to my mom (loudly) "MOM!! LOOK!! MOM!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT MAN!! LOOK MOM!! HE HAS A HOLE IN HIS NECK?!?! LOOK! A HOLE! AND HE IS STILL ALIVE??! MOOOOMMM!!! LOOOOOK!!!!"

When my cousin Paul was about 7 or so, we were out to get ice cream with my older cousin, my sister and my cousin's 6 mo old. I was about 14 at the time. We were just about done with our ice cream when a very large man walks up to the counter to order. He was maybe 5 feet from us and Paul shouts real loud,"Wow! He's FAT!!!" So we are embara__sed and scramble to leave, get everyone in the car and my cousin says, Paul, you cannot say stuf like that, you can hurt peoples feelings, and it is not policte. He says" Ican't help it, I saw one!" And we all busted up laughing. My cousin couldn't drive for about 5 minutes. He has also stated at that age at the bank in the tellers line "She's UGLY!". I tried never to take him anywhere. He also did my aunt pretty bad as a 3 yr old. He didn't want to do what she said in the middle of the grocery store, so he threw himself on the floor and started yelling'Ow! Stop hitting me!OW I don't want to go with you!" My aunt said, Paul, get up. He said or shouted"My name isn't Paul, its Danies"! And people thought she was trying to steal some little boy!

The Midget Story... ha ha! We were shopping at Safeway and I was looking at something... My daughter kept asking "Is that a kid? Is that a kid?" I finally looked, and it was indeed a midget. I tried to explain that it was an adult, and told her she could look, but not to talk about them, or be so rude. Every aisle we went down, we ran into them! And every time she would ask.. "How do they reach the cat food?" "How do they open doors?" Once again, I tell her its not polite to draw attention to them, but its okay to look. "Thanks Mom, for letting me stare at them", she says! Then we saw them again at the check out... so my daughter procedes to climb out of the cart, and peek and stalk them! Then she says, "You're wrong Mom, they aren't adults... they are kids doing adult shopping!" Now I might add, not once did my daughter speak in a quiet voice! Not only could the midgets hear her, but so could everyone else in the store! I was mortified!

Jadyn has a half brother that is now 5 and he LOVES to race with people to show how fast he can run. One day we were in the store and I was walking fast and he was already cranky, tired and in a bad mood and couldnt keep up with me so he threw himself to the floor screaming "Stop it, youre beating me, you ALWAYS beat me, its not fair" It took me a second to realize that even though he was saying it meaning I was walking faster, everyone else thought he was saying that I beat/hit him! Boy did I get some nasty looks.....

Chelsey - January 13

Ha ha, Jadyns Mommy! That's funny!

Amayas Mommy AKA Stephanie - January 13

Amaya sniffs people all the time. It is hilarious! When we chang her diaper she will sniff and scrunch her nose and anytime someone picks her up she scrunches her nose! That is the only thing she has done, she is 8 months. My little cousin took a pair of her moms thongs (panties) and put them on her back so the crotch was hanging down by her b___t and the sides were on her shoulders. My grandpa (well step grandpa and thats why its so funny, my aunt is not his daughter) came to their house and asked Rachael what she had on her back and she told him it was her "pack-pack" aka back pack! It was really funny because it wasnt until she asked if he wanted to wear it that he realized what it was!

LMAO Stephanie! Hailey is always putting my undies and such on, parading around the house! Her dad encourages her!

Eryn @ MN - January 13

LOL Chelsey, That must have been so embarrasing! What a great story to tell her when she's older.

Amayas Mommy AKA Stephanie - January 13

tell more Chelsey!!!!!

Chelsey - January 13

Well, I do have another story.... not embarra__sing though... The other day Dh was messing around in the hallway, and put his elbow through the closet door, we were laughing about it at supper and Dh said " I shouldn't have been playing around like that", and Hailey says, " well, I guess thats why your an idiot!" I laughed my a** off! I didn't give her c___p though, because she was right!

Chelsey - January 13

Embarra__sing moment for me..... I was at my Mom's and had a shower. She had this really nice smelling lemony- orange after shower spray conditioner for hair. So I used it and later complimented my Mom for having it. I told her it made my hair nice and shiny, and smelled awesome! Turns out it was detangler for her dog!
