hmmmm...I didn't see it and googling and yahooing it were unsuccessful for me, too. Is she positive that is what it said? I know sometimes I will be something else AND listening to the news and think I hear one thing, but see it again later and it wasn't exactly what I thought I heard. The reason I'm wondering is because usually new findings like that are pretty easy to pull up, especially when they are on one of the syndicates. Everything I have always read says that cats, dogs, detergents, etc. don't cause eczema, but can aggravate it. Of course, if it's a new finding I don't guess I would've heard about it yet, huh? We don't have a cat and never have had one and my daughter and husband both have it. My mil and one nephew and one neice also have it...I think it is more genetic myself. If you hear anything outside of this board if you don't care please post it. Like I said we don't have a cat, but I'm always interested in hearing what's new.

Thanks Shea...apparently I didn't google & yahoo hard enough;-) Well, that was interesting. On the one hand I am glad that I don't have a cat...but I found it weird that exposure to 2 or more dogs may lessen the chance? I will never fully understand science...lol.
