Oh Crap Discipline Question Already

So most of you know dd is 11 months. She has a new favorite habit of throwing things...hard on the hardwood floor. She has broken several toys, and has banged up cell phones, cordless phones, remotes, you name it. The thing is when I say "Bella NO!" or get on her level to take it away from her she laughs and smiles her head off because she is getting attention! She is not even close to being neglected (she is spoiled!) But sometimes I have to let her play on the floor by herself so I can get some work done. So I think she does this to get my attention. How should I handle this? (I am laughing cause she is already so bratty! My little stinker!)

Have you tried ignoring the bad behavior? With my ds it takes forever to correct the bad behavior we tell him no then move him on to something else. But if he wants my attention when I'm cooking he will do what hes not supposed to. Smart arent they??

What about just takeing away whatever she is throwing / banging and then calmly & quietly saying "No thank you" or "No throwing / banging." Then leave it at that. Perhaps when she realizes that she isn't getting a reaction from you, she'll give up. I mean, it's all about the reaction....isn't it?! LOL
