OT What To Do When No One Cares

I am working over 25 hours a week in three days and going to school full time for two. I get two full days off, but I feel like my dd is with her grandmother more then me. She acts like she doesn't even want to be around me. She is fussy all the time when I have her, but a "perfect angel" when her grandmother has her (5 out of 7 days - I hate my MIL!). Not only that, but I only get to see my husband maybe one day a week, and he would prefer to go snowmobiling, or anything else but spend time with me. I don't know what tot do anymore. I can do school, work and my family; however, I feel like the rest of my family can't make time for family.

I hear you sweetie. I work 30 hours a week and I have four kids and a dog!!! I am the only one who knows how to cook, clean or do laundry or basically anything in the house. Apparently my husband has amnesia when it comes to those things. Add to that one son in football one son in Cub Scouts and I am the leader for my daughters Daisy Girl Scout troop and my ds is teething. I sleep like 2 hours a night and my dh wonders why I am such a b___h!!! I feel your pain and just wanted you to know you aren't alone!!!

How long have you been bringing your dd to your MIL house? When tend to take things out on the ones we love the most,so maybe your dd is taking her frustration at on you. Don't worry she does love you very much? Hope you get some quality time alone with her on your two days off.

I know from experience that grandma's see no flaws...you perfect angel is not always a perfect angel when she is with grandma. Either grandma chooses to not worry you over little things...OR...she is so proud of your little girl that she quickly forgets the problem moments. Get some sleep. It always helps me to get past these sorts of problems.
