I went back in 1999. It was going ok and I was losing, but constantly felt sick. Well, it turns out I was pregnant (with the baby I m/c'd). I was only 2-3 weeks into and had lost 16 lbs. It was REALLY expensive, though, for the amount of weight I wanted to lose and how long they calculated it would take. You go in, have an evaluation, and they "predict" how long it will take you to lose your weight. The $6-7/week is also not accurate because you have to buy all kinds of supplements and extras. They wanted $900 up front! Since I only went about 2-3 weeks and quit when I found out I was pregnant I got most of it refunded. We had no kids and were both working at the time... there's no way I could afford that again now!

I was watching one of those 20/20 or dateline shows and they investigated la weighloss and it turns out you spend ALOT more money then is listed. They use your personal life against you...a lady went into a consultation under cover and had to fill out a survey and she went to talk to the counselor and the counselor was talking about her personal info on the survey wasn't suppose to go into the customers file and look into her personal information. The counselors there aren't even trained to be counselors too. I heard weight watchers is better, my grandmother and mom use it.
