Not too sure. I love a lot of stuff, ha!!! I have tried to sell some stuff on ebay but have not had much luck. Let me think about it.

I'm just at the beginnings of ours. We set up our website two weeks ago and should be going live within the next 2 months. Don't know what info you need... GoDaddy.com is a helpful site for start-ups and domain names.

mommie2be, what are you selling?

olivia - February 16

We have an online business. What do you need to know?

mommie2be - February 16

Christmas crafts and specialty items indigenous to where we live. What are you getting together?

I sell on eBay. I have an eBay store & I love it. I use that money to pay for day care (I also work f/t) & to have extras around the house. Leaves me little time for sleep, as I work on it when dd is napping on weekends or in bed for the night.

Anne, what do you sell on Ebay if you don't mind me asking? I am afraid to sell on there (I buy all the time). I think Im afraid to list and things not sell. Any info would be great. Olivia, same ? to you. What do you sell online? I would love to sell from home! Anything would help. Smilefull, sorry to take over and ask these questions.

I sell off my website and supplement it with eBay sales. Lexa, if you're worried about things not selling you can do some research first---you can go on "Advance Search", search for what you're looking to sell, then look at Completed Listings----you'll be able to gauge what the demand is like, and for how much you can sell stuff...

it's useful to have a basic handle on HTML if you want to sell online---it's really not hard to learn. There's online tutorials, books like "HTML for dummies"--

we have an online store and use paypal for everything. They provide the shopping cart and buy now b___tons. they have tutorials on their website that walk you through all that. our store is all done with html but i am sure you can get store software that is already set up. i don't want to link to our store for privacy (i don't want these message boards showing up when people do a google search for it). But it is a very simple layout with an image of the merchandise and a buy now b___ton for paypal. People can pay with credit cards, paypal balance, or e check. The money goes into our paypal account, and we can transfer it to our bank directly from there.
