Pls Help Baby Not Well

Hi, my lo is 8 and half months old and shes been great untill a few weeks now.She has been projectile vomitthing for the past few weeks and her doctor put her on Zantac.She was getting better but all of a sudden there has been a drastic change in her.She's been PV 2 to 3 times a day and also while shes asleep. Her doctor has suggested for a blood work and urine test. Did any of you have a clue as to what it could be...Please help....as my babay is loosing weight

i would take you daughter to the hospital if she isn't stopping the vomiting, that way the bloodwork is done ASAP as well as the urine test, also it will give you another view, (ie second opinion) if your lil one is losing weight i would take her asap, just think of how horrible she feels right now and hopefully the hospital can fix the situation asap and make her feel better, sorry i cant help more, but given your position that is what i would do.... please keep us updated on your lil girl....

Have they ruled old allergies? My dd vomited (projectile) twice when she was small. I was bfing and both times I had eaten McDonalds food with onions. She had an intolerance for onions and that was what was causing it. If you are still bfing keep track of what you eat and see if it worse after eating certain items. I have a friend that went ot eating just fruits and veggies for awhile because of problems with her son.

Tish212 Thanks for your reply.I have taken her t the hospital and got her blood work done.They r gonna send the report to the doctor in a day or 2..will keep you posted. Schreck Thanks for your response.My baby is on formula.She never had this problem when she was small.I Hope the doctor has an answer.
