I noticed in another thread that Mason is not cir'd. My son is not either but other than wiping with a wipe do you do anything special to clean the area? My ped. said not to move the skin until around 1 year, but how do you know when you're moving too much? I have no experience with boys, so I'm lost.

Heya. Yeah, you don't have to do anything. Definately do not pull the foreskin back. Your pediatrician is actually incorrect, you don't pull the foreskin back at all. That seems to be common over here that a lot of pediatricians are wrong with that. I find it a bit horrifying. Anyway, the foreskin will naturally retract on it's own usually by the age of 5 and then they can pull it back a bit to clean. But before that, it would really hurt him. Just do a light wipe with a cloth and you are good to go. .....Incidently, ask anyone one from the UK or even research yourself about not pulling the skin back. :)
