Sleeping Question

My daughter is almost 4 weeks old and gets up every two to three hours to bottle feed. This is her current schedule, when does it change to more sleeping and less feedings. She eats about 2-3 oz at each feeding. Any feedback would be helpful.

That sounds pretty much the norm for a 4 week old. There probably won't be any 'more sleeping', but some babies do begin going longer periods of time between feedings as they get older....but not always. Some babies continue on the every 2-3 hour schedule for a few months. Thankfully though, most do go a little longer at night when older. My son is 11 weeks old and eats every 4-5 hours through the day and a little more frequently in the evenings. He sleeps through the night maybe one or two nights a week (I've not figured out why as nothing is different); on nights he doesn't sleep through he wakes around 4 AM to feed. There is really no way to tell when a baby will start spacing feedings, but generally formula fed babies start doing it before b___st fed babies.
