Teething Question-pg122193660680

For about two weeks now my little boy, my first, has been cranky, clingy and with a small temp. I looked in his mouth and sure enough he has a white spot on his gums so I assumed he's teething. The strange things are is that this white spot is like, next to a face tooth. Unless he has a really big gap... ha! Which chances are slim because both his father and i have naturally straight good teeth. I've always heard you get bottom two, top two face teeth first. Is it rare that he's getting one of those side ones or maybe the spot is wrong?? And this white spot has been there for two weeks now and still no tooth. Is he even teething at all?? So confusing - haha!

it is pretty common to get teeth in the wrong places first sometimes.
