Hi. I just recently read your post and wanted to know how old your daughter was. I see that you are now pregnant again. I just fount out a few days ago that I am pregnant with my second. my son is 8months old. BTW, I am sorry that whoever that unkind person (hannaisababy) has to keep bugging you. I often read the posts and do see your name frequently, and really enjoy what you have to say. Sorry if I don't respond right away, I only pop on my computer every once in a while. However, I would love to know if you are in the same boat as I. I am very excited but a tad bit nervous because I will have 2 in diapers!!

Hi hrsmith. i am not hannahbaby, but I am in the exact situation you are. I have a 10 month old and am just over 3 months pregnant. My daughter was born August 20, 05 and the new baby is due December 21, 06. I was nervous the first trimester because I was SO tired. But it has eased up now and I am very excited. Anyway sorry to resond and not be hannahbaby, but yes, she is prego too and I'm sure will also have feedback. Congratulations and good luck!

olivia. thanks for the response. i am glad to hear from anyone. i hope the tired feeling doesnt last too long. good luck to you. are you going to find out the s_x?

olivia - June 19

No, we won't find out, we like the surprise. With my daughter I had a dream she was a girl, so I keep waiting for a dream to tell me what the new baby is. It keeps us busy guessing. Will you find out? I was tired up until about week 10, then it let up a little. I still crash at the end of the day but this pregnancy is going fast. I feel like i spent every moment thinking about being pregnant with my first and now this time it is more like I am taking care of my daughter while the pregnancy just happens. We are so excited though :)

Hi HrSmith. Im 21 years old, have a 17 month old daughter and am 23 weeks pregnant. My daughter was 12 months when i got pregnant. Its really hard. Everyday my back aches from carrying her big b___t around. YOu never realise how much you have to pick them up until your back is aching. It looks like i am having a boy, but the us tech is not really sure. i am traveling to NJ for a 4d ultrasound in July when im 27 weeks just for fun so we will know for sure then. Hannahisababy has nothing better to do than chase me around and hara__s me!! Lol. Im pretty nervous about having one in diapers and one getting ready for the potty. Im nervous about how hannah will react to a new baby (espically since im going to be b___stfeeding this one) Well i look forward to talking to you!!

hey ladies. I am planning to find out. I don't care either way what I have, but it would be nice to have a girl considering there isn't a single grandchild on my husbands side that is a girl. We are the only hope left as the others are finished having children. I feel like i am a lot more tired so far but maybe it's all in my head. It could also be the fact that I am off for the summer and have more time to think about being tired. I am a teacher. I teach 5th grade. Oh. I am 32 yrs young:)

Hey again. I am sort of hoping for a boy. Otherwise I am afraid I might end up with 5 girls trying for one! My husband is the end of his family line on both his mother and father's side. My MIL is being really nice and keeps saying she hopes it is a girl, but I know she is just trying to take the pressure off me. I am 31 so we're pretty close in age. I was sick as a dog with my daughter, this time I am just tired. I don't really know which is worse.

HannahBaby - June 19

I think im having a boy, not 100% sure (see question about boy ultrasound thread) I have a girl so i wasnt really hoping for anything, just a healthy baby. I was 100% more tired with baby number 2. Having another child to take care of takes a toll on you.

Hi, sorry to bud in I am going through this awell and I don' think there are that many of us at least I have not found very many of us yet. I am 23 and now pregnant wiht my third my oldest is 5 and the youngest is 7 months and I am getting scared. My husband works alot and I am basically by myself so it makes me terrified of what it is going to be like with 3 of them by myslef my youngest will be at the age that he will be into everything and my oldest will be giving him evrything and then my baby will be eating.LOL. I hope I am exagerating cause i am scared of what my life is going to be like.

Hi dedaa! It is a scary thing. I keep thinking one day "What was I thinking" and the next I can't wait to have two. Is your 5 year old in Kindergarten? Maybe school will be a lifesaver in that case, give you a little time with your two smaller babies. Anyway, I budded in here too, so from my view you are welcome :). When the going gets tough I picture my mom, she started at age 21 and had 5 by the time she was 27. Then went on to have 2 more. My dad was in med school and in the army and they moved around constantly. She's good inspiration when I think I will be busy with two! You're lucky you're young and have energy. I feel like if I'd met my husband just a couple years earlier I'd have so much more energy. I guess I am probably just making excuses.

Hey ladies...sorry toc rash too...I'm not in your situation currently, but I have been. I had my first when I was 17 and my third when I was 20...which put me having three children ages 3 & under (plus a 12 year old step son)! Just wanted to rea__sure you that despite all the worries and fears you will do fine with it. I went on to have 3 more (youngest is 11 weeks) so it must not have been too bad, huh? ;-D My kids are now 15, 13, 11, 8, 3 & 11 weeks. I get strange looks and sometimes rude questions when we go out, but as far as taking care of them it isn't really that hard. I guess you kind of ease into it and learn what works by trial and error as you have more. If I had given birth to s_xtuplets and had it to deal with all at once I don't know if I would've faired as good! You are all mothers and those instincts will kick in no matter how many babies you have and let you know what is best. Good luck to you all & congratulations!

Thanks Olivia, my 5 year old will be starting to school in September so that will help alot but boy will I ever miss him. I live in Newfoundland, Canada they will not tell you what u r having here unless they r in a good mood which is never.LOL. My second pregnancy also went by fast almost too fast. This time Im just going to relax and enjoy it. I kinda hope we have a little girl to know what it is like. Another boy would be great too though so my youngest will have a little brother to play with. Wow I would say you look up to your mother I think that is inspiration for alot of us as weel as rabbits07. rabbits07 that is pretty incredible and it is true about motherly instincts kicking in they always do I think sometimes i just feel overwhelmed. This pregnancy does not feel all to real yet but when it does that wil help alot too. Thank you ladies.

Olivia, I feel the same way too. Some of the time i am absolutely excited while other times I am very worried. I like what Rabbits07 said, "you'll get through it." I was amazed that it happened so quick this time. I didn't have trouble getting pregnant the first time, but it did take about 5 months so my husband and I thought we would go off bc last month and just let the big man upstairs decide when the next would come. Hello!! The first month. I swear my husband didn't even need to have s_x with me, all he had to do was show it to me and whammo!! I have talked with many friends who have children close together and they all said very positive things about it. I know I am ready for whatever challenge comes my way, but it is still a bit scary. I had a c-section with my first because I had pre-eclampsia at 31 weeks. i was able to hold out until 36 weeks. My son was born 4 weeks early and still weighed 7 lbs.!!! BTW, I am 5'2" and weigh 120. So.... needless to say, I am a bit worried with this pregnancy. Both of my sisters have had pre-eclampsia with their pregnancies, in fact my younger sister is 31 weeks and was diagnosed with it at 28 weeks. I wish they knew more about it. I am praying that i don't get it with this one.

funny hrsmith, when i was pregnant my husband was scratching his chin asking if we had even had s_x. It seems we are an extremely fertile couple too. I am so thankful though. I have 3 sisters and though one has children the other two are having difficulties. One with fertility and the other had b___st cancer at age 34 and can't risk a pregnancy. So I feel so blessed on top of feeling slightly guilty. Anyway I had a c-section too (corioamniosis? where your uterus gets infected during labor). So I am nervous about the birth too. They are giving me an option of VBAC but I almost wish they'd tell me what to do. They say I have a 'low chance' of v____al delivery, but I can try if I want. My sister in law was smaller than you and had two v____al births! She is 5' and under 100lbs, I never even thought she could do it. I am about the same size as you (two inches taller, 10 lbs heavier) and my pelvis was too narrow. Go figure. I am happy to meet you ladies! Thanks for the encouragement Rabbits07!
