Does anyone know the recommendations for traveling with infants? I would like to go visit my family in August and it would require flying and my dd will be 3 and a half months old. Is this okay? Has anyone traveled with an infant that old? How did it go? Advice would be great!

Let the airline know that you are flying with an infant. They will let you preboard. Also, if you get a seat for the baby, you can take her carseat on the plane and keep her secure, and have it available for you to use during your trip. Also, you can gate-check a stroller. Have the baby nurse or suck a paci during take-off and landing to help with her ears popping. HTH
