Vaccination Reactions

Yesterday ds got 2 vaccines, Pc (Prevnar) and HIB. We're breaking up the injections so he won't get DTaP and Rotovirus for another 10 days. When he was 2 months old, they had recalled the HIB, so he didn't get it. He really didn't have any reaction to the Pc or to DTap or Rotovirus vaccs before. Now, he's been really fussy and cranky since yesterday. It comes and goes...is this normal? I didn't think he'd have any reaction, as he didn't last time although he didn't get the HIB last time. I had read that HIB has less side effects though. We gave him some Tylenol last night.... Did anyone else experience this? That babies react more the 2nd time they get the shots? He's going to get the DTaP and Rotovirus the day before we get on a 2hour flight to visit Grandma, and now I'm wondering if he's going to be really cranky on the flight.

It's possible that the shots and him being more fussy today aren't connected. My lil one didn't have any reactions to any of her shots.. other than a couple of sore legs :(

I was wondering about that. I got the flu, but I'm wearing a mask when I hold ds or feed him. He doesn't have a fever, so I didn't think he caught it. He's just not usually all that cranky, so I thought it must be from the vaccines. He'll just start crying all of a sudden and want to be held. I can't wait until he can start talking and tell me what's wrong. It makes me feel so bad that he's hurting and I don't even know where.
