Ladies, does anyone have the Weight Watchers Points Guide? Please list of how many points each food or beverage is. I don't want to join Weight Watchers b/cuz with all the expenses we have with a baby - the last thing i want to do is pay for losing weight. Just add to the list below... For example: 1 cup of rice - 4 points 1 cup broccoli = 0 points 1/2 cantaloupe = 2 points 1 small bean burrito = 5 points 1 cup spaghetti with 1/2 cup marinara sauce = 6 points 1 6-ounce steak = 8 points 3-ounce grilled chicken br___t = 3 points 1/4 cup regular creamy salad dressing = 8 points 1 slice bread = 2 points 1 ounce chocolate = 4 points 1 scoop vanilla ice cream = 4 points

Are you asking for all the foods in the book? The book is over 300 pages long. You can purchase the book at weightwatchers.com or at your local ww store. You don't have to join to buy the guide. If there's any specific foods you want to know I'd be happy to write them down for you, but I'm not sure which ones you want to know.

pbj - not the book!!! there is a guide w/a list of usual foods - like milk, bread, eggs.. .the usual stuff. i was thinking maybe we can just keep adding to the list that way all of us can just have a online guide.

I don't know what that is. When I joined ww, I got the complete food companion, which lists all foods. I don't think I've seen any other one...sorry.

Hey sapna! There is an AWESOME website called dottie's weight loss zone that lists foods/restaurants/brands, etc and how many points are in each. There are also receipes and lots of other great stuff there. The site is www.dwlz.com I think- if that doesn't work just do a search. Good luck!

milk: whole=4, fat free=2, 1%=2, 2%=3 boilded egg=2 oreos 1 serving= 6 salmon (3 oz grilled)=2 orange juice 1/2 cup= 1 As for the rest of the food, most med sized fruit is 1 pt each, however 1 cup fruit salad is 2 pts. Popcorn depends on what you are using in the popcorn, whether you're using microwave or fresh so let me know. I need to know what brand pancakes and pizza. Yogurt smoothies will more than likely depend on what exactly you're putting in the smootie and what kind of yogurt (ie: fat free, low fat, and what brand) so let me know. I can understand not being able to afford the cla__ses, but I will say that I left my hospital losing 20 lbs and I didn't lose a thing after that until I joined ww. I gained 60 lbs in my pregnancy and I'm almost back to my normal size. It's taken me 8 months so far, but I wasn't always really good about my diet. I feel it was the best money I've ever spent. You lose more weight because you have to weigh in each week, so it definately gives you motivation. I have not gone to a meeting in about 4 months, because at that point I felt I could do it on my own and I am but, the weight is coming off much slower. I would just suggest that if you can afford it, sign up and go to at least a month or two of meetings...I felt it was really worth it.
