When Did Your Linea Negra Go Away

I developed the lovely line down my belly during my pregnancy, (along with darkening around my nipples). I delivered on 1/31/07...it's still here and doesn't look like it's ever going away!! When did everyone's finally fade away? I'm bf, don't know if that has anything to do with it or not?!?!

The linea nigra may never completely go away although it will probably get lighter. I still have mine and my baby is 7 months and 1 weeks old! Mine never got very dark though as I have very fair skin.

Oh no!! I hate it. I have fair skin too, so it just sticks out on me. Yuck yuck yuck. I hope it fades a lot then.

Ds is 5 months and i still can see mine (its lighter though) and only from the belly b___ton down. I use sunless tanner too so I think that helps. Do you have yours all the way up your belly?

Dd sorry lol. I have a daughter, oops!

Mine's still there, and it goes all the way up my belly too. It's lighter but you can still see it pretty easily, and dd is almost 8months old. I'm more ticked off about my tons of stretchmarks that will NEVER go away I sweare!!

I was lucky, I never got it to begin with!

It goes ALL THE WAY UP!! I am fortunate to only have gotten stetch marks on my b___t and thighs so my stomach was spared, but this ugly line ick...I wonder if it'll get even darker if I'm in the sun this spring/summer. I really hope not!

Mine is just starting to fade, and get thinner. I am 5+ weeks PP. I've heard many women say that exfoliating gets rid of it. I didn't believe it at first, but many on here have said they sc___ped theirs off. Some even said the same with their darkened areolas! OUCH!***How is everything with dd? Is she nursing well? Did she take a bottle?

She is so much happier since we started the Zantac for her reflux. I can't even begin to explain the difference!! I haven't cried since Friday!!! She didn't take the bottle yet, but we are going to keep trying!! I bought the paci's you had and she took it for a minute before spitting it out!! She is nursing much better too, I don't feel like quitting anymore!!!
