seriously, i've looked at walmart and giant eagle( a gigantanormous grocery chain in PA) for stage 3 foods (i use gerber) and there are like 7 and at least 3 of them are those c__ppy desserts!!! i remember when carter was a baby, i had so many different varieties of these! i'm ready to move forward with more solid foods with lexi but at this rate, i'm going to have to use my noggin and figure out what "table foods" are appropriate...any one know where the stage 3 surplus is being held, lol?!?!

Lindsay - I, too, live in PA (Pittsburgh) and am starting the Stage 3 within a weeks time (my dd just turned 9 months). I will let you know if I can find anything while I am out and about. I am tempted to call DelMonte (there office is in downtown) and see if I can buy food from the case - LOL Good luck!

I live in fl and had the same problem they just did not have much to choose from...I just tried to do the best I could and even though Beechnut is not as good as gerber as far as taste I had to get both just so he would not be eating the same things over and over LOL..he is on table food now and I don't know if they still sell these but my mom had a baby food grinder and she used that you can grind up reg table foods works great but she had that from years ago from when my brother was a baby that is why I am not sure if they still sell them but you could look LOL

Yeah...walmart does not have any good selections when it comes to stage 3 foods, gerber graduates, cookies, etc. I found Target to have the best selections.
