Pelvis Out Of Alignment

I had back surgery in 2001. I kept thinking I was having repeat back pain, but it turns out the Dr. says it is my pelvis. My pelvis is out of alignment and it feels as if my back/hip is going to go out. I have been to PT but notice that I am still not right. My DH and I are hoping to start ttc in Dec/Jan. Has anyone had this same situation? If so did you have complications during delivery or carrying your baby? thanks

you should try going to a chiropractor. They can adjust you and it really makes alot of difference during pregnancy with back pain. just make sure you find a good one in your area.

I am really scared to go to a Chiropractor. I went to one when I had a herniated disc and I received no relief. i am very scared, b/c they have no way of knowing where my surgery was and possible injury to the surgery site. Has anyone received relief or re-alignment from a chiropractor ? thanks again.

yes, I have. A good chiropractor takes x-rays and a good medical history before manipulating your spine and pelvis. My symphis pubis is out of kilter (congenital) and my hips are slightly rotated on my spinal column and I get pretty good relief from my Chiro. I had to have c-sections but that was due to the "juvenile pelvis" I have. best wishes.
