Hi I am 30 wks or 34wks pregnant the doctors have not given me a due date as my baby is small and the ultrasounds come up with a ridiculous due date by measuring my stomach the doctors think I am about 34 and a half wks pregnant, now this is my first pregnancy and I am not quite sure what to expect, I would like to know what happens to your body in the weeks before labour? I am having cramps all around my stomach and back, my hips are hurting as well as my thighs, I am very watery in the va___al area and it smells kind of sweet, I am constantly feeling pressure in the va___al area and I sometimes get very servere pains in my pelvis? Can somebody Please tell me will labor start soon, the doctors won't give me a straight answer... thanks xo!

These are all typical signs that everything's going well - baby getting ready - but baby may still be a long time before ready to deliver. All of this can go on until full term or even after. Don't panic too much.

Those sound pretty normal, but if u think that somethings not right, trust your instincts, believe me.. I was 31 weeks pregnant and just got minor cramps so I told the doctor and here I had dialated to 1 cm! Everyone told me that those cramps are normal, but bc of all this, I am on bed rest now, who know what would have happened if I ignored them. So trust your instincts and ask the doctor any time when something seems wrong. He should be checking u now to see if ur dialating and all that. Dont panic, but do be aware. I have not done anything to become dialated, but I am already. I would be concerned if u have an increase in discharge and the severe pelvis pains. Make him check u! Good luck
