I am 20 weeks pregant with twins and my doctor informs me that my after birth is lying in my passage way. Will it move by the time of delivery. Should i be worried

If he means your placenta is in the way, I believe that is called placenta previa. Sometimes it moves out of the way on it's own, but if it doesn't I think you just have to take it easy and probably get a C-Section.

well it depends if it doesn't move you will not be able to have a v____al delivery if you wanted because the placenta is in the way. theres probably no chance in it moving either.
