Ectopic Pregnacy-pg113252644918

I found out I was having an ectopic pregnacy. My OBGYN made me get blood drawn six times because my levels kept rising. I had heavy bleeding and pain. I ended up in the hospital with a ruptured fallopian tube, wich I had to get removed. I never recieved an ultrasound and they were going to start me on methotrexate. Do you think that given the symptoms and the rising pregnacy levels, that the surgery could have been prevented. And do you know if the methotrexate should have been administered earlier? Im so depressed because of this and should I contact legal help for malpractice?????

Ruptured tube - the surgery would not have been prevented - there's no way to fix it without surgery after it ruptures... There's no telling if and when methotresate could/should have been administered - I didn't have that when I had my ectopic - It dosn't sounds like malpractice to me... Just an unfortunate event...
