Low Hcg No Breast Tenderness

This is my second pregnancy and have a few questions regarding this possible pregnancy. My period was on Feb 11 and date of implantation was Feb 28. I took a hpt on March 13 which was positive. I took another one on March 14 and that was negative. I then went in on March 15 and had a blood test taken which came out "mildly positive" and 6hcg. With this pregnancy; it doesn't seem quite the same is my last. I don't have the br___t tenderness or frequent urination like I did previously...I know pregnancies can be different. I found out I was pregnant after being "maybe" 10 days - two weeks late with my period with my first child. Has anyone else had this issue or have any advice? I am kinda driving myself crazy. My OB Dr. is out of town for a week and I don't think I can mentally wait that long to find out if I am possibly going to have a miscarriage or if I am completely freaking out for nothing! Thank you all for your help!

Often a positive test followed by a negative with a very low hcg (less than 5 is considered negative) is a chemical pregnancy. Most pregnancy tests require 25-50 hcg level for a positive. The only way to find out is to repeat your hcg level (can you go to a hospital?) or have an US. Good luck... that would give you the answer you need.
