Small Gestational Sac

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows anything on this but, I had one miscarriage and I'm now 7weeks pregnant. Yesterday I started bleeding (it's all pretty light), so today I went to my Dr.. She said that the pelvic exam appeared normal (I wasn't dilated and the uterus felt fine and such), but she wanted to do an us b/cause of the bleeding. The us showed a fetal sac but the radiologest said that it is way to small for 7weeks. I know exactly what day I had my last period and am almost possitive on the days I ovulated so I don't think my days could possibly be off (they count from your 1st day last period and I am 100% on that --and it equals 7 weeks). I had an prenat. check up on Monday (5 days ago) and everything looked normal but they took blood to check my progesteron (normal procedure). The Dr just got the results back today and my progesteron was low (they want it around 12-14 mine was 7). They checked my HCG today and it was 2000 (which seems low for 7 weeks with no problems). They're going to keep checking it to know if it's going up. If it's not I'm pretty much domed to miscarry again :( So, I guess all that to say does anyone know what would cause the fetal sac (other than being earlier along than thought), to be to small, and is there any hope for being 7 weeks and having a too small sac? It's hard enough knowing that we're probably loosing this baby too, let alone haveing to wait around to see...any advice would be nice. Thanks
