Very Concerned

On April 18th I had an injection of methotrexate to end a miscarriage that did not want to end. I had a positive HPT on May 12th. The doctors are very concerned. So far I have had two ultrasounds and everything seems fine. We saw the heartbeat yesterday!! The dr wants me to go to the antenatal testing unit at the hospital for a consultation. If I would have known that there could have been complications I would have been safe so that I would not have gotten pregnant. But I was told that we did not have to wait by one dr and the other dr said that we should wait two months, one month to make sure that my cycle was okay and the other month for mental state because of my loss. Neither one of the dr's said that there could be problems with a pregnancy because of the injection. We weren't even trying but it happened. After the miscariage I didn't want to try hard because I figured that if it was meant to be it would happen. I am 6w5d. Does anyone know how long the methotrexate stays in your system? The dr put me on an extra 4mg of folic acid a day along with my prenatal vitamin. Has this happened to anyone?
