Excercise In The First 3 Months Of Pregnancy

i have been excercising regularly for past one year.i run on tread mill at 10km/hr.now i am trying 2 become pregnant. is it ok if i do excercise on the first 3 months of pregnancy?cHOW MANY MILES CAN I WALK IN TRED MILL...IS IT OK WITH 5KM/HR????
